• Set fair and competitive prices
• Maintain vehicles in good condition
• Respond promptly to rental requests

4. Rental Process and Communication

Renters must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate contact information
• Return vehicles on time and in good condition
• Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines
• Be verified before contacting vehicle owners

Communication: AddisWheels provides a secure messaging system for users to communicate. All communications should remain professional and related to vehicle rental. We reserve the right to monitor communications for safety and compliance purposes.

5. AI Assistant and Support

AddisWheels provides an AI-powered chatbot to assist users with questions about the platform, rental process, and general inquiries. The AI assistant is designed to provide helpful information but should not be considered as legal or professional advice. For specific issues, please contact our support team.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and include applicable taxes.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
